All information provided to HSE Counsel, whether directly by the client, learner, or via a third party, is collected for legitimate purposes necessary for service delivery, including course administration, consultancy engagements, quality assurance, certification, and regulatory compliance. HSE Counsel takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal and organisational data is accurate, up-to-date, and only processed to the extent necessary for these purposes. Clients and learners are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying HSE Counsel of any changes that may affect the accuracy or completeness of the data held.
