Reports and Advice Policy
HSE Counsel provides consultancy reports, assessments, audits, recommendations, and advisory services to support clients in health, safety, environmental, compliance, and related matters. All reports and advice are prepared based on the information, documentation, and access provided by the client at the time of the engagement. This Reports and Advice Policy applies to all clients, whether new or existing, and ensures clarity regarding the scope, use, and limitations of the information provided.
All reports, findings, recommendations, and advice are issued solely for the client and for the specific purpose outlined in the engagement. Clients are responsible for reviewing, implementing, and monitoring the recommendations provided and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organisational policies. HSE Counsel cannot guarantee outcomes, and reliance on reports or advice does not in itself confer legal or professional authority or competence. Any subsequent changes in circumstances, legislation, operational practices, or site conditions may affect the relevance or applicability of previously issued advice.
HSE Counsel exercises professional skill and due diligence in producing reports and providing advice. However, the accuracy and effectiveness of recommendations are dependent on the completeness and correctness of the information supplied by the client or third parties. HSE Counsel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information or from failure to implement recommendations. Existing clients should note that previous reports may need reviewing or updating to remain current, and HSE Counsel does not accept liability for advice or recommendations that have become outdated.
By engaging HSE Counsel services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Reports and Advice Policy. All reports, advice, and consultancy outputs are confidential, subject to intellectual property rights, and intended solely for the use of the client. This policy ensures that both new and existing clients understand the limitations, responsibilities, and proper use of HSE Counsel’s professional advice and reinforces the company’s commitment to high-quality, ethical, and professional consultancy services.
