Regional Sales Manager (India)

HSE Counsel is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager for India to support the growth of our consultancy and professional services portfolio.

This is a target-based sales role focused on achieving confirmed sales and revenue targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting opportunities into confirmed business and driving measurable sales performance across the region.

This role is not focused on lead generation or marketing activities. Instead, the position requires a strong ability to engage clients, close sales, and consistently achieve agreed business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned markets in India
  • Convert opportunities into confirmed sales and business agreements
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Present HSE Counsel’s consultancy, training, and professional service offerings to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities effectively
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services following confirmed sales

Candidate Profile
  • Strong sales and business development capability
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage regional responsibilities effectively
  • Experience in consultancy, professional services, HSE, sustainability, training, or B2B services would be advantageous

Compensation

₹100,000 per month
This is a performance-focused and target-driven position.
